This is NOT for your typical tour-goer. Walk with Two Waters guide Michael as he walks you through the McClintic Wildlife Preserve on a hike you’ll never forget. This is the top-tier Point Pleasant experience for thrill-seekers. After the hike, we will (optionally) meet downtown for decompression, talks, and photo ops! This hike will not be a formal tour, but a hike with commentary, laughs, and chills. Keep an eye out for the SHEEPSQUATCH.

This is a specialized tour of the former West Virginia Ordnance Works, a TNT production facility active from 1942-1945. Listen to how a corner of rural West Virginia went from a sprawling war effort to a ghostly ruin nestled within the hills. The WVOW changed the landscape, and history, of Mason County. Together, we will navigate strange characters, dark pools, and red eyes in one of the spookiest places you can find in the United States. This is a caravan tour where you will follow the Tour car, dialed in on a special FM frequency. There will be opportunities to stop, exit and communicate throughout. Make sure to read the additional information prior to booking!
