You will receive correspondence after purchase to schedule your tour time. If no contact can be made, you will be canceled and refunded the ticket price.
Tickets are refundable with a 10-day notice. As these tours are personalized, and size restricted, we value our schedule to accommodate the large amount of interested parties.
This tour can be weather dependent. Please communicate with your tour-guide with any questions prior to your arrival.
Tour run-time is approximately three hours. It may be longer, or shorter, depending on circumstances that arise. We will never cut a tour short without extreme need.
Minimum group is 3, maximum is 9. If you would like a personalized tour for a larger group, please email - michael@wvow.org - with details regarding size and need.
We apologize - due to the nature of this tour we are unable to offer accommodations to the mobile-restricted.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - Deviating from the tour guide’s detailed instructions during the hike can cause severe bodily harm or even death. Failure to adhere to the guide’s strict demands will result in immediate dismissal from the tour. Further, due to the nature of the hike, you will have ruined a special opportunity for others in your group. DO NOT expect leniency. We will NOT risk the safety of anyone on the tour for ANY reason.
